도쿄 내 교통의 요지인 시나가와역에 위치하고 있습니다. 역에서 몇 백미터 걸어가야 하지만 크게 멀다고 느껴지지 않았습니다. 1일 주차요금이 1,800엔이고 체크인 시에 선불로 지불해야 합니다. 도쿄내에서는 대중교통을 이용하였기에 렌트카를 안전하게 보관할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 객실이 도쿄내 일반적인 호텔의 객실에 비해서 매우 넓습니다. 3명이 한 객실에 투숙하였기에 트리플 침대를 요청하였는데, 심지어 침대가 4개가 있었습니다.
시나가와역에서 조금 걸어가야 하지만, 시나가와역 바로 옆에 있다고 해서 비싼 요금을 받는 다른 호텔에 비해서 충분히 객실 가격이 저렴하기 때문에 수긍할 수 있습니다. 근처에 편의점이 없어서 조금 걸어가야 합니다. 대신 호텔 내 2층에 있는 자판기에서 컵라면, 빵, 음료, 맥주 등을 구입할 수 있습니다. 매일 조식 메뉴가 같다는 것은 조금 아쉽지만, 음식이 깔끔하고 든든하게 먹을 수 있어서 개의치 않았습니다.
